La respiration est la seule fonction physiologique vitale qu&#8217;il nous est possible de contr\u00f4ler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savez-vous comment vous respirez ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 observ\u00e9 votre respiration ? Est-elle plut\u00f4t nasale ou buccale ? Est-elle plut\u00f4t toracique ou abdominale ? Prenez conscience de votre respiration ici et maintenant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le diaphragme comme indicateur \u00e9motionnel <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le diaphragme est le muscle principale de la respiration. Sur les inspirations il se contracte et se rel\u00e2che sur les expirations. Il vient masser \u00e0 chaque respiration abdominale le ventre et les intestions ce qui facilite notre digestion. Lorsqu&#8217;il y a un cumul de stress ou d&#8217;\u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives le diphragme peut se tendre et nous pouvons le ressentir comme bloqu\u00e9. Cela a un impact sur notre respiration, elle est alors moins fluide et se concentre au niveau thoracique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sentez-vous votre diaphragme lors de vos mouvements respiratoires ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 respirer pour activer le syst\u00e8me parasympatique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La respiration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e inspirer du yoga permet d&#8217;activer le syst\u00e8me parasympathique qui a pour fonction de venir r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le corps. La respiration pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e en sophrologie est la respiration abdominale. Plusieurs types de respiration peuvent \u00eatre propos\u00e9es selon l&#8217;objectif des s\u00e9ances. Les exercices de souffle sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments d&#8217;une s\u00e9ance de sophrologie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tester des exercices de sophrologie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous n&#8217;avez jamais fait de sophro et vous souhaitez tester des exercices avant d&#8217;entamer un suivi,  je vous propose des relaxations guid\u00e9es et des rappels \u00e0 soi sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCY-1dKEhhzL42XEhtteiEkg\">ma chaine Youtube<\/a>.
