Il nous permet de nous adapter et de nous ajuster en fonction des situations. Chaque personne \u00e9tant unique, la source de stress est diff\u00e9rente d&#8217;une personne \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Cependant dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des cas, le stress se d\u00e9clenche \u00e0 cause d&#8217;un ou plusieurs de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C de Contr\u00f4le : Pas de contr\u00f4le sur la situation  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I de Impr\u00e9visible : Situation inattendue, que nous ne pouvons pas anticiper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N de Nouveau : Situation que nous n&#8217;avons jamais rencontr\u00e9 auparavant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E de Ego menac\u00e9 : Cela se traduit par une remise en question de nos capacit\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces 4 \u00e9l\u00e9ments composent l&#8217;acronyme : CINE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les hormones du stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deux principales hormones sont responsables du stress. L&#8217;adr\u00e9naline, l&#8217;hormone guerri\u00e8re est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e, elle stimule les battements cardiaques, la respiration et la circulation sanguine vers les muscles. La deuxi\u00e8me hormone s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e est le cortisol, cette hormone aide l&#8217;adr\u00e9naline \u00e0 maintenir un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9nergie dans le corps. Cette hormone aide \u00e9galement notre corps \u00e0 revenir en \u00e9tat d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre en indiquant au cerveau que l&#8217;\u00e9nergie a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pens\u00e9e. Le cortisol transforme le gras en \u00e9nergie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le stress positif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stress positif nous permet de passer \u00e0 l&#8217;action ou de fuir en fonction de la situation, c&#8217;est une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un stimuli. Le stress positif nous permettait autrefois de combattre les mammouths. En effet, le stress favorise la concentration et stimule l&#8217;\u00e9nergie dans les parties du corps essentielles \u00e0 la survie. Cela nous permet d&#8217;\u00eatre en \u00e9tat d&#8217;alerte face au danger. Une fois que nous sommes pass\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;action (ou que nous avons tu\u00e9 le mammouth), le syst\u00e8me nerveux retrouve son \u00e9tat d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre (Hom\u00e9ostasie). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans notre quotidien actuel, la chasse au mammouth est rare ! Notre stress peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs : une surcharge de travail, des bouchons en voiture qui nous font arriver en retard&#8230;.. Cependant ces \u00e9v\u00e8nements ne nous permettent pas toujours de d\u00e9penser l&#8217;\u00e9nergie qui est stimul\u00e9e par le stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenons l&#8217;exemple des bouchons en voiture : Nous nous sentons stress\u00e9(e) car nous allons arriver en retard \u00e0 cause des bouchons, l&#8217;\u00e9nergie produite par notre corps augmente pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce stress. Cependant nous sommes assis dans notre voiture et nous d\u00e9pensons peu d&#8217;\u00e9nergie (VS quand je chassais le mammouth ces \u00e9nergies \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9es). Cette \u00e9nergie non d\u00e9pens\u00e9e va se transformer en col\u00e8re\/\u00e9nervement&#8230;.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le stress chronique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stress chronique indique que le corps n&#8217;arrive pas \u00e0 retrouver son \u00e9tat d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et qu&#8217;il est toujours en \u00e9tat d&#8217;alerte car les \u00e9l\u00e9ments stressants perdurent dans le temps. Les signent de stress chronique sont nombreux et vari\u00e9s : fatigue, probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, troubles digestifs&#8230;..Lorsque le stress devient constant, l&#8217;\u00e9nergie est difficilement renouvelable, le corps va donc stocker plus de r\u00e9serve. Ces r\u00e9serves de gras sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement situ\u00e9es au niveau de la taille. Le cortisol continue d&#8217;\u00eatre s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 et cela vient notament perturber la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de s\u00e9rotonine l&#8217;hormone du bonheur importante pour notre bien-\u00eatre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les cons\u00e9quences du stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cons\u00e9quences du stress sont vari\u00e9es, elles peuvent \u00eatre : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physique : douleurs, fatigue, maux de t\u00eate, prise de poids&#8230;..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental : baisse de la concentration, d\u00e9pression&#8230;..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emotionnel : sensibilit\u00e9 accrue, col\u00e8re, angoisse&#8230;. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour essayer de r\u00e9duire le stress, nous allons mettre en place certains comportements : grignoter, boire de l&#8217;alcool, fumer&#8230;..
