Certains exercices sont faisables dans les transports en commun si vous avez peu de temps \u00e0 consacrer \u00e0 la pratique. Faites ces exercices plusieurs fois par semaines et notez les changements qui op\u00e8rent en vous (physique, \u00e9motionnel et mental). Si vous le pouvez notez-les sur un carnet ou dans votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour voir l&#8217;\u00e9volution. Chaque s\u00e9ance sera v\u00e9cue d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re singuli\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sophrologie, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des exercices est fondamentale, en effet c&#8217;est une des lois de la sophrologie. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition permet d&#8217;int\u00e9grer progressivement de nouvelles sensations et de consolider son exp\u00e9rience sophrologique qui petit \u00e0 petit am\u00e8ne au changement. Il est vrai que j&#8217;aime beaucoup comparer la sophrologie au sport, petit \u00e0 petit \u00e0 force d&#8217;entrainement et de discipline les r\u00e9sultats sportifs s&#8217;am\u00e9liorent, c&#8217;est la m\u00eame chose en sophrologie !
